REFUNDS & RETURNS
At Glenzor, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition that you received them
• With original tags and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Our team will evaluate the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

RETURN SHIPPING

REFUNDS
